Ok so I know its not a gaming computer, and that most of the games cannot be played on it, but there was a version of Empire Total War that is currently out and developed for the Mac, and after doing some research, I would really like to add DarthMod. However, because my computer is a Mac, although the game itself has converted, will the Mod need to be converted to? Or could I feasibly install the mod and use it on the mac? Most Mods when you download them are in.exe format. You need to open the.exe with a wrapper. I find that Paul The Tall's wrapper for Shogun 2, works fine for running installers for both Empire & Napoleon. I got the mod to basically work, but there were issues with the graphics, missing units cards and so on. I find large mods like this that change so many aspects of the game can run into problems on your mac.

The best way to start is with simple mods that only do a few things.
